As Forrest Gump’s mother once said, life is like a box of chocolates—you never know what you are going to get. My wife and I prepared these dumplings using the first harvest from what we believed were chives we had planted. Interestingly, we recently discovered that they may, in fact, be green onions instead. We are uncertain whether we made an error in selecting the seeds or simply misunderstood the names.
